7 Easy Ways to Keep Your Belly Flat

Hey Lab Loves! Today we are talking 7 tips to keep that belly flat! Let's get into it.

1. Incorporate more cardio into your lifestyle. Treadmill, elliptical, walking, running etc. Using our core sliders are a great way to incorporate Cardio and strengthen those abs.

2.Eat good fats (avocado, and salmon are good starts. Use olive oil instead of vegetable or canola oil)

3. Cut Carbs. We recommend not eating anything white. No white bread, No white rice, No white potatoes etc. Try Yams, brown rice, and wheat bread for starters. 

4. Eat more fiber. Oatmeal , brown rice, Nuts, Crunchy Vegetables etc...

5. Cut your alcohol intake. As social as we would like to be, sometimes being a little too social can add to a bloated belly. 

6.Of course any ab exercise will help with keeping your belly flat. However, try adding some resistance training to your workout training to help tighten and tone. Our resistance bands come in three strengths to ensure that you are working your muscles the right way!
